Getting Started

1. An important factor when you start to budget is to make sure that you know how much you earn. The reason why this is important is because most people spend more than they earn. If you don’t know how much you earn each week, then you run the risk of overspending and getting yourself into a great level of debt.

2. Another important consideration for having a workable budget is to make sure you don’t use your credit card more than necessary. tip #2, It’s critical that you learn to survive with just the money that you earn because that credit card is just ‘borrowed’ money. If you make sure that you pay your credit card out in full each month, then you’ll be fine.

3. You don’t have to go without the nice things in life in order to have control of your money. All you need to do is live within your means, plan your budget, and make sure that you stick to it.

4. Instead of complicating your budget efforts by denying yourself every nice thing and having a sad life, try it this way: put aside the money you need each week for your bills and then only buy the things you really need to survive on for the next week. In fact, if you buy only what you need rather than all the things you want, then you will often find that you will have money left over at the end of the week.

5. Have you considered putting all your gold coins into a jar / money-box at the end of each day? It’s not as difficult as you might think. What you need to do is just take out the coins from your purse at the end of each day. Before long you will have quite a few dollars in your money-box.

So if you really want to get back the control of your money, follow these tips to simple budgeting and enjoy being financially secure.
